Week 3 Results
I am just happy that everyone else is happy. Ohio State has held the spotlight longer than anyone else in the B1G, and sometimes it’s nice to share that for a while. Give others a chance to say, “Hey look at us! We’re not completely infuriating.” And you just gotta appreciate that. Knowing how the other half lives is also good for us Buckeye fans. Helps us stay grateful and positive. A potentially humbling year once per decade is just the right amount to keep us happy. The thought of 2 or more losses in a season definitely doesn’t tear us up inside like a bunch of rusty razor blades. No it’s a good learning experience. I am grateful for the challenge, I promise. Yes, my eye always twitches like that, stop staring.

So, how ‘bout those Wolverines, Spartans, Nittany Lions, and Broncos?? Everyone looks pretty good to excellent! Not only are teams exceeding expectations, they’re destroying them.
The Broncos showed out against Pitt and reminded us that nothing good comes from Pittsburgh except leaving with a W.
The Spartans are flying all over the field through 2 games and look hyper motivated. Not sure how good Miami truly is, but MSU beat em almost as badly as Bama so Michigan State definitely doesn’t seem fluky.
U of M has finally tapped into the true power of their legendary head coach [REDACTED], and are steamrolling teams like they’re complaints filed to the University. But for real, they look the most dangerous I have seen in quite a few years, so I am nervous for November. <violently dry heaves>
Despite the best efforts of the most corrupt referee crew since the 2019 PlayStation Fiesta Bowl, Penn State won a classic against Auburn! Even though Kait didn’t get a pic with their mascot, she did send me a video of it dressed like Freddie Mercury and I will never know peace. #WeAre

The Lions have reached a point in my life’s journey where the only philosophy I can relate to is that of the overlooked portion of Albert Camus’s The Myth of Sisyphus.

The Browns beat the Texans in convincing fashion as our own Dawg Pound member was Dawg Checking all over the stadium (we are so back).
The Steelers lost to the Raiders. If it were still 1975 people would be talking about this game non-stop. I can hear the NFL Films theme now….

Jonathan
Jonathan hit on The Maximum of Extreme Capacities and ended with $0.91. He is also back in 1st Overall and I am weeping softly onto my keyboard.
In 2nd Place, is Kaitlin McDougal! She also hit the Big Huge and finished with $0.61. Great way to close out her first White Out Weekend.
In 3rd is Christopher! He won $0.55, worked MNF, and also hit the Big Huge. Glad he and I could scream at the Ohio State coaching staff together.
In 3rd also is Nick! He did in fact get more than 3 questions right this week! Also ended in the black for the first time this year. Atta boy Nick. He won $0.55.
In 4th is Kevin! The Chips didn’t follow through, but he sure die. He hit the Big Huge and won $0.37.
In 6th is Me! I did not hit the Big Huge, and only got 1 question right. Plus I also lost real money this weekend :( I lost $0.30.
In 7th is Sully! He lost $0.39, but is so back! Can I get a BROWNS in the chat.
In 8th is Benj! He got 3 questions right (tied for most this week), but super fucked up his hedging. He lost $0.80 (yeesh)

Week 4 gives Michigan their first real test when they face UNDEFEATED Rutgers (protect your blenders). The Buckeyes host Akron or whatever. MSU hosts Nebraska in East Lansing and I would love to celebrate Scott Frost day in person. Penn State hosts Villanova for some reason. Are they even D1? Genuine question. CMU plays FIU and WMU is favored (!!!) against San Jose State. Will honestly be another fun weekend!
