Week 4 (Penn State Parking Edition)

Written by Ben Koval

It’s officially week 4, and while many of our teams are staying home, our league is on the road! I will be traveling to the land of greasy rivers and losers of the 2016 World Series (Fly the W). That’s right, Elizabeth and I will be in The Land for a friend's wedding (Sully come get a beer with me).

Matthew and Bre travel to State College to visit our  Co-Commissioner and her almost-last-place boyfriend to watch a good (?) Penn State Team eat an entire family-sized bag of chips in one sitting.

Also, our current standings leader, Aka The C-Train ©, Christopher will be pulling into that one state that Lynyrd Skynyrd sang about.

The Michigan Wolverines and their very, very tough schedule take on the Maryland Terrapins at 12pm. Maryland has apparently “improved” and Taulia Tagovailoa has also learned how to complete passes. Both teams haven't played anyone and Maryland is bad, so it’ll probably be a close one.

Also, to anyone who complains about Michignan’s strength of schedule one more time:

Thanks for your time.

Sparty will be facing the Golden Gophers and their boats at home this week. The good news for MSU is that Minn is way better at running the ball than passing. However, both teams are really good at giving massive extensions to coaches who haven’t done anything. Row the boat into the deep end and Chop on or whatever.

The Bucks square off against the Badgers and this should be a bloodbath. Especially if Graham Mertz has anything to say about it. Lot of Scarlet in the shoe this weekend.

The aforementioned Nittany Lions take on the Chippewas in State College, and Kevin you might just want to find a different game to watch this weekend. Remember when Jim McElwain was a WR coach at Michigan? Yea, me neither.

Western plays San Jose State. Western is bad. San Jose State is Bad. Should be a good one.

Pittsburgh and the Browns play tonight in TNF and I will be shocked if the Steelers can even score 19 points.

I AM ALL IN ON THE LIONS BABY. DRINK THAT KOOL AID (cherry was always my fav). They take on the Vikings at home. This is gonna be a tough one, but I am just excited to watch Rodrigo dance. Can’t wait to be hurt again. Ah, new beginnings.

Safe travels, kids.
