SEASON 5 TOURNAMENT
It’s Christmas time. A time of joy. A time of worship. A time of gratitude and of generosity. That’s why it’s the perfect time to cozy up on the couch with some hot cocoa and watch young men beat the ever-loving shit out of each other on a field of grass or snow that’s sponsored by a lawn mower or the Military Industrial Complex. A truly magical time of year.
On the theme of magical, the most unpredictable part of our season is back once again. It’s Tournament Time! I love the tournament because literally any result is possible. Kevin winning from the back of the pack. Christopher dominating late in the year (this is known as The Lebron). Kait coming in 2nd! It’s all happened before. This year though, we are lucky enough to make things even more interesting. The Whitest Boy You’ll Ever See has joined us again to claim an official tournament title. Also, our extremely inquisitive and pondering cousin, Troy, has joined us as well. If The Thinker gained sentience and was really good at tennis, that would be Troy.
I hope you all get some quality family time, and get at least one good present (I hope Benj’s present isn’t a win against Georgia).
