Week 12 (Who Do You Know Here Edition)
Growing up in Lansing and East Lansing in the 2000’s was rather difficult for our family. We quickly had to learn how to grow from a rather bleak environment outside our home. Struggle was around every corner. The colder months were especially difficult as we had to be involved in charity events, prop friends up with words of affirmation, and grow to become not sympathetic, but rather empathetic persons. Because we never felt what they felt. Never watched what they watched. Never knew what their ordeals were like, nor had ever been in their shoes.
We didn’t know what it was like rooting for a poverty-ass football team.

The weekend is finally here! MSU. Ohio State. Big Ten Championship and CFP implications on the line. This might also be the first time ever that there are Heisman frontrunners on each team. I am both quite nervous, and very excited. Ohio State’s offense is a monster, and MSU has dudes as athletic as me running around in the secondary out there. However, OSU’s defense has been shaky all year, and Kenneth Walker III is maybe the most special MSU running back I have ever seen. Bet the Over on this one. IDK what’s gonna happen.
Michigan gets their turn to turn up against the Terps (RIP Turntle 😥). Head-to-head I have U of M, but we’ll see where Maryland lands after this one.
Penn State hosts RUTGAHS. James Franklin will probably be emotional as it will likely be his last game in Happy Valley as well. #FightOn
RIP to Western, but nice job Chips. Bowl bound again.
GRAND VALLEY hosts their first playoff game in 2 years in Allendale and I’m heated up about it. Time for another national championship. #ToughestRoad
NFL x WTS Bets
Baker is literally the glass bones guy from Spongebob at this point. Meaning he will throw for 430 yards and 5 TDs against the Lions. Goff might not start though, so we have hope of seeing something other than our weekly psychological torture of figuring out in which confounding way he’ll look historically bad this time.
Steelers play the Chargers and will probably win because of course.
