Season 4 Week 1 (Football? In This Economy?? Edition)

Honestly guys, I did not think we would ever get to this point this year. We are actually going to have a football season! Will it last the whole 17 weeks? That is a big TBD. However, we can only focus on the present, and the present is the best QB in all of football gets to ride out onto Ford Field yet again! (I will stab you if you argue with me).

I know this year has been a Monkey’s Paw of sorts. We get football, but at what cost? Our dearly beloved college teams will not be playing in the Fall, unless the B1G decides otherwise in maybe November? I am just excited to see a 2-0 Ohio State play a beleaguered Clemson team in the CFP Championship, and beat those pumpkin helmets in like it’s the day after Halloween.

Anyways, we are focused on the NFL until then!! The Lions look poised to hurt us like never before. The Browns are taking on a whole new meaning thanks to OBJ. The Steelers. This season looks like it could shape up to be an incredibly wild, and entertaining one!

Week 1 starts with a few great matchups. A historic NFC North Rivalry continues with the Bears vs. Lions. Which coach will fuck it up worse?? Also Jeff Okudah vs Trubisky?

The Browns take on JK Dobbins, Lamar Jackson, GVSU GOAT Matthew Judon, and the Baltimore Ravens. Can Baker actually play Quarterback? Is he dangerous to the opposing team, or just himself? We will find out!

The Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Giants and Saquon’s enormous legs on Monday Night Football! I wonder if Jonathan is still holding onto his long term outlook of Saquon actually being trash?? Can the Steelers win one for Ryan Shazier? Will I grow to like the Steelers this year? (The answer is absolutely not. Sorry Kait).
