I was preoccupied most of this weekend and couldn’t watch any game in its entirety. Can someone fill me in on the action? Did anything cool or fun happen? There must have been something right?! No way a slate of Auburn/Penn State, Toledo/Ohio State, MSU/Washington, and UConn/Michigan could disappoint!

I assume the Big Ten is still the premier conference.

Similar to my time at the Super Smash Bros Tournament I attended over the weekend, both MSU and I believed we were being underrated. Only to get quickly, and embarrassingly dispatched without much effort. Which leads us to reflect on how we got here.

Does MSU have a coaching issue? Why construct a secondary out of 2 sticks and a fart? Is Benj more obsessed with MSU than U of M?

Either way, your poor, poor Spartans lost to Washington 28-39 and it was never even that close.

Elsewhere, THE Ohio State Buckeyes played a HEROIC Dequan Finn and the Toledo Rockets, but prevailed 77-21. That boy good though. Shoutout Detroit.

Michigan took care of business against another Bottom 10 FBS team. Great job guys, you’re really good.

Auburn was no match for the B1G Speed of Penn State. The Nittany Lions and Super Saiyan Freshman Nick Singleton breezed past the Tigers. Singleton is for real about to be a problem. Watch out.

Western is now also bad just like CMU :(. The real MACtion is the friends we made along the way.

2nd ranked GVSU won 66-7 on the road this week, and I honestly think they’d be 3-0 with U of M’s schedule also. Why doesn’t Michigan play a real team?? Are you scared of the Lakers???

NFL Time

THE YEEHAW AGENDA CONTINUES!!! RODRIGO IS THAT DUDE. HUTCH GOOD. JEFE IS FREE AND THE DETROIT LIONS LOOK GOOD!! By the grace of god (the sun god), the Lions won on Sunday and look like the best team in the NFC North. Is D’Andre Swift the greatest Running Back of all time?

The Steelers looked bad? Horrible? Deeply depressing? Like a tragedy? Any way you look at it, Pittsburgh’s got a problem.

The Browns had one of the most unbelievable losses I have seen in quite a while. Up 2 scores with under 2 minutes to play and they lose in regulation?? And their hometown hero Garrett Wilson torched them? Cleveland is brown bad.

I am scared. This season is a whole new level of chaos unseen by WTS Bets. The worst are first (besides Kevin). The first are worst?? How long will this go on? Is this truly a new era for our league?

In 2nd is your Commissioner! Best week so far for me!! Maybe I should stop paying attention to things?? Seems to help. I wouldn’t mind disassociating further tbh. I went 6-4 and won $1.05!

In 3rd is Kait! Going 5-5 AGAIN! She is the only person with an overall record of .500 or better. Will her impressive consistency finally pay off this year? Idk it’s a toss up. She won $0.55.

In 4th is Kevin! Let’s goooooooo!! Kevin cracked the top half of the leaderboard for the first time this season! I told you the comeback was coming. He went 3-7 and won $0.03.

In 5th is Benjamin! Every week he talks extra noise about MSU he seems to finish in the bottom half. Coincidence??? Yes. He went 2-8 and lost $0.13.

In 6th is Nick! Too distracted by a new house and a new dog, he had his worst week yet. Not everything can be perfect on the perfect weekend though right? He went 3-7 and lost $0.25.

In 7th is Jonny! Two 7th place finishes in a row?? What has become of our king? Is Jonathan in his flop era?? Like his counterpart Lebron, is his mind no longer on the game? Is 4 rings all she wrote? He went 2-8 and lost $0.29.

State College here we come! The first roadtrip of the season is this week when Bre and I join Kait and Jonny in State College to watch the Nittany Lions devour the Chips. The drive is 9 hours! 😭 give me podcast recommendations!
