You smell that?

It’s that sweet, sweet smell of vacation. I leave for California today, and won’t be back until Michigan and Michigan State square off in a game that will most assuredly get disgusting.

I will be in Los Angeles partaking in the Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights, with a little Disneyland on the side. Plus, I will finally get to experience what it’s like to watch college football starting at 9am. Coffee, fruit bowls, Mimosas, and College Football. What’s better than that?

Also, what does a good executive do when they go on vacation? That’s right, they delegate. In my absence I have selected a few members to be the inaugural Board of Regents. These 3 trusted individuals will serve as stewards to the league and its members. A high honor that I know they do not take lightly. Thank you to our Board for their willingness to step up in my absence.

So if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to kick my feet up, soak up that California sun, and get the shit scared out of me at a theme park.

SHOWTIME

What truly scares the shit out of me? Playing Iowa and possibly losing to their ungodly and repugnant offense because they possess some sort of football black magic against the Buckeyes. There was a day when Iowa beat the Buckeyes, BUT SATURDAY IS NOT THAT DAY.

You better hide behind your daddy, Brian. Because J.T. Tuimoloau, Tommy “Eich Real Monsters” Eichenberg and Jim Knowles are going to embarrass you. Well, wait, I’m not sure embarrassing him more is even possible at this point. What’s shame to the shameless?

Central Michigan hosts Bowling Green, and somehow CMU is favored??? What has the MAC devolved into?

Western heads to Miami, OH to play Miami (OH). The league is better off when Western is fun. Bring back the fun pls.

NFL x WTS Bets

So unfortunately, we all root for NFL teams that insist on sending us to an early grave (tis the season). And they all play this week. The beatings will continue until morale increases.

The Lions travel to Dallas to face our boy, Cooper Rush. And although he will most likely be taken to pasture since Dak is back, he is still a legend. When my colleague found out I played baseball with Coop, he almost fainted. He then proceeded to flip shit even more when he found out that the one and only Barstool Sports Legend, Chris Castellani was a friend of the family.

The Steelers go to the nice Miami to maybe, sorta, kinda play football I guess.
