My Valued League Members,

I am writing you today with a heavy heart. This Fall, there will be no Big Ten football. No Big Noon Kickoffs, No Carmen Ohio, No couch burnings, No Khakis, no firing up or rowing of any sort. It is the bleakest of timelines. But fear not, WTS Bets is still here.

Unlike the NCAA, I was prepared for this outcome and had backup plans. I am happy to report that 0% of our league has tested positive for COVID-19 at any point this year. We have a success rate of 1.000. With that, I believe that it is safe for us to have our 2020 season.

During these tumultuous times and rapid changes, we here at WTS Bets have had to be adaptable yet enterprising. The news of the Big Ten cancelling their Fall 2020 football season was heartbreaking, but not the end for us.

It is my pleasure to announce that for Season 4, WTS Bets has partnered with the NFL!

With our partnership, there will be some changes to our weekly bets as well. I am unsure of how interested people are with other professional teams besides their own. Therefore, we will not be having a “Top 10” section this year. Instead, we will be having 3 sections of 3 questions, plus The Big Huge. The Sections are broken down by the following teams:

·       Cleveland Browns

·       Detroit Lions

·       Pittsburgh Steelers

Brush up on your coping mechanisms, because we are about to witness a lot of suffering.

Now, I know many of you are wondering when Player Bios will be released. Once I have all the resources necessary, they will be released within the next 2 weeks.

I am very hopeful that we will have a successful season, even though we have already endured a devastating loss. I want to thank each and every one of you for being smart, staying positive, and adapting to what the world has thrown at us.

The race for the crown starts now. Don’t fall behind.
